Depending on product quantity, packaging specifications, destination, and the practical requirements of each order, DTH Gift may employ one of the following delivery methods:
- Domestic Direct Delivery: Managed directly by DTH Coporate Gifts internal logistics personnel or designated corporate transport vehicles (applicable for local and regional deliveries).
- Domestic & International Couriers: Dispatched via our network of professional third-party courier and logistics partners.
- International Air & Sea Freight: For overseas bulk orders, cargo can be shipped via air freight or sea freight based on mutually agreed trade terms.
- Local Freight Services: Shipped via local interprovincial coach, bus or trucking networks upon domestic clients’ explicit request.
- Self-Pickup: Directly collected by the client or their designated forwarder at DTH Coporate Gifts office, warehouse or a mutually pre-arranged location.

2. Shipping Costs
As a specialist in corporate gifts, bulk orders, custom logo printing, laser engraving, and bespoke corporate solutions, DTH Gift applies the following shipping fee policy:
- Orders valued at 3,000,000 VND or above: Offers free delivery within inner Ho Chi Minh City (core districts).
- Other domestic provinces and cities: Shipping fees are calculated based on the actual live rates charged by third-party couriers, local freight services or regional cargo carriers.
- International shipments: Freight costs are determined by the chosen trade terms, destination country, package volume and the selected carrier, which will be clearly detailed in the quotation.
- Designated freight drop-off: For domestic orders requested via a specific local coach or trucking network, DTH Gift can arrange delivery to the designated drop-off station upon prior agreement.
- Oversized, bulk, or special packaging orders: Shipping rates may vary depending on the actual volume, weight, and specialized packing/crating requirements.
- Expedited or express delivery requests: DTH Gift will assess fulfillment feasibility and provide an upfront quote for additional express shipping costs for client confirmation prior to dispatch.
3. Delivery Lead Time & Timelines
The delivery schedule for each order depends on several key variables:
- Total order volume and product quantity.
- Current stock and raw material availability.
- The timeline for artwork, logo, or engraving proof approval.
- The complexity of printing, processing, specialized packaging, or custom manufacturing methods.
- The delivery destination (domestic or international) and the chosen shipping method.
- Customs clearance procedures (for international orders) and the transit performance of logistics partners.
The specific Estimated Time of Delivery (ETD) will be clearly stated in the official quotation, order confirmation, contract or mutual agreements finalized between both parties before production begins.
4. Delayed Delivery & Force Majeure
Delivery schedules may be impacted by unforeseen, objective circumstances beyond our control. These include natural disasters, fires, epidemics, traffic disruptions, logistics network overloads, third-party courier delays, customs inspection hold-ups, local freight schedule changes or other Force Majeure events.
In the event of an unavoidable delay, DTH Gift will proactively notify the client as early as possible via phone, email, messaging, or other appropriate communication channels.
DTH Gift will collaborate closely with the client to establish a mutually agreeable solution, minimizing disruptions to the client’s distribution plans, corporate events or gift-giving schedules.
5. Product Inspection Policy Upon Delivery
To safeguard our clients’ rights and ensure a seamless handover, DTH Gift applies the following product inspection policy upon receipt:
- External Inspection: Clients or their authorized representatives are entitled to inspect the external condition of the packages prior to signing the delivery receipt.
- Consignment Verification: Clients may verify the total package count, packaging condition, and security seals, as well as cross-check the recipient information against the delivery order.
- Random Spot-Checking: For orders involving custom logo printing, laser engraving, bespoke manufacturing or customized solutions, clients are encouraged to conduct a random spot-check of the products to verify them against the pre-approved design proofs, approved samples or specifications previously confirmed by both parties.
In the event that any discrepancies or abnormalities are detected, such as:
- Products are broken, cracked or damaged during transit.
- Packages are severely deformed, torn, unsealed or show signs of heavy impact.
- Shortages in package count or product quantity compared to the packing list/order confirmation.
- Mismatched shipments, including incorrect items, wrong models or errors in custom printing/engraving content.

6. Allocation of Shipping & Cargo Liability
DTH Coporate Gifts is responsible for coordinating and resolving all claims regarding product damage, loss, or misplacement occurring during transit from the moment the consignment is handed over to the carrier until it is successfully delivered to the client. In the event of a transit issue, DTH Coporate Gifts will actively collaborate with the logistics provider to investigate the root cause and implement appropriate solutions to safeguard our clients’ interests.
7. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
In cases where DTH Coporate Gifts has dispatched the shipment in strict accordance with the delivery details provided by the client, but fulfillment cannot be completed due to the following reasons:
- The recipient is completely unreachable.
- The recipient is absent at the confirmed delivery address during scheduled drop-offs.
- The shipping information provided by the client is incorrect, outdated, or incomplete.
- The recipient refuses to accept the delivery without any fault or error on DTH Coporate Gift’s part.
- The client requests a change of delivery address after the order has already been handed over to the carrier.
- Multiple delivery attempts are required due to circumstances originating from the client’s side.
Under these circumstances, DTH Coporate Gifts reserves the right to temporarily suspend delivery, cancel the order or require the client to cover any additional expenses incurred. These may include redelivery fees, warehousing/storage fees, return shipping costs or order reprocessing fees. All applicable additional charges will be clearly communicated to the client for verification before any subsequent actions are taken.
